Our prices only include services specified in each criteria. Accommodation with private bath or shower in hotels we listed or any similar ones. The rooms have 2 double beds or 1 King Size bed with private facilities, no rooms with 3 or 4 beds existed in any of the hotels mentioned. Maximum 4 people per room.

Our Prices do not include: airfare, visa fees in or out of any country, passports, tips of any personal nature, such as tour guides, drivers, bellboys, porterage, etc.., extras of any kind in hotels, airport fees, and airfare, excess baggage fees. We do not include anything that it is not specified in our itineraries, or in general, any expense of personal nature.

Luggage Galaxy offer to transport, free of charge, up to 30 kilos per person, distributed on a normal sized suitcase. Excess baggage will be accepted as long as the vehicle load capacity permits and by paying a certain amount, and its under consideration of the tour guide and or the driver. The luggage is not covered by the contract of carriage, deemed for all purposes the traveler always keeps it with him, at all times, whatever part of the vehicle in which it is placed and which is carried by the traveler at their own risk, without GALAXY is bound to respond contractually loss or damage that may occur from any cause. The baggage is handled without charge and is transported at the risk of the passenger. Galaxy is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during handling.

 Documentation: is the responsibility of each traveler be provided with a valid passport and provided with all necessary requirements. Galaxy accepts no responsibility in case of being rejected for a visa authority connection, for lack of any requirements that require or default of the passport, and the traveler will be at any expense arising, apply in these circumstances conditions for cancellations and voluntary refusal of services. Hotels Check-in time for hotels is scheduled from 14:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. Should the planned arrival before 14:00 hours, it may happen that the room is not provided until now. Tips on Group Reservations (Not included unless told to do so, apply to all of our IT's). Hotels in Orlando does not require the tips, so that programs "only Orlando" and attractions can pay at their discretion. These events have a value of $ 9.00 per person, including airport and hotel. The baggage handling is normal measures 1 piece per person. Important Note (Combined Miami and Orlando). Last-Minute bookings: If the Travel Agency is requesting services and it doesn't have a credit balance, the confirmation and delivery of services are subject to the approval of our Accounting Department.

Cancellations: Any expenses requested by the Agency must be paid by them, unless is canceled on time, and a cancelacion number is been received. 
 
Flights: It is the responsibility of the requesting agency, to send information about flights both arriving and departing, at least three days in advance of the arrival of passengers. Galaxy is not responsible of reimbursement for transportation not provided due to lack of flight information.
Payments: they may be sent to GALAXY with cashiers check via courier as long as the agency has an open line of credit with GALAXY VACATIONS. If the agency is considered as PREPAID, the payment sent should arrive early enough for it to be cleared by the bank (it takes at least 5 working days to be cleared). We also accept Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. If the passenger is not in the office, GALAXY will issue payment by filling out a form with details from the owner of the card with authorized signature with a present witness.
