1. How will I receive my admission tickets to the theme parks?
 
R. For guests who are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, admission tickets to the Walt Disney World theme parks are accessed through Magic Bands, which will be given to guests upon checking in to their hotel. Magic Bands will also serve as keys to their hotel rooms, alternative form of payment, etc. For admission tickets to any of the other theme parks (e.g. Universal Studios, Sea World), as well as for guests who are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, we urge you to contact us through our toll free number (1877-900-5304), so that one of our customer service representatives may assist in coordinating delivery/pickup of the admission tickets.
 
2. Is there any specific time window for delivery/pickup of my admission tickets?
 
R. YES. Guests may pick up their admission tickets in our Orlando office (7021 Grand National Dr. Orlando, FL 32819) from 7:00am to 8:00am. For guests who have arranged a delivery of tickets to their hotel, admission tickets are delivered between 8:00am and 9:00 am. In this case, tickets will be delivered in person to our guests from a Galaxy Vacations employee (to ensure safe delivery of the admission tickets to our guests, we DO NOT leave the tickets with the front desk employees).
 
3. If I purchase a tour or package that includes local transfers and visits to theme parks, can I choose the time and park I want to visit each day?
 
R. For those guests who are utilizing our “Regular Service” (i.e. not private services), Galaxy Vacations will schedule each guest’s itinerary, which guests will receive upon arrival to Orlando along with their welcome letter. This itinerary will list, day-by-day, each guest’s contracted activities with Galaxy Vacations. The timing of the pick-ups for each day’s activities will vary, but the time will be made available to guests with 24 to 48 hours of advance notice. Itineraries will be planned with the intention of maximizing guests’ enjoyment each day, ensuring they will have the opportunity to make the most of their vacations in Orlando. **In the event a guest traveling with a “Regular Service” tour/package requires that a specific activity be planned on a specific day, such requests MUST be made at the time of purchase. Galaxy Vacations cannot accommodate itinerary changes once within 48 hours of the guest’s arrival to Orlando or beyond.
 
 
4.What are the hours of my transfer from Miami to Orlando?
 
R. “Regular Service” guest’s transfers from Miami to Orlando are operated daily by Jet Set Bus, Inc. The departure time will vary based on the location of each guest’s hotel, but generally pick up times are between 6am and 7am. It is imperative that each guest communicates with Galaxy Vacations’ toll free number (1877-900-5304) for specific pick up times. The time of the trip is approximately three and a half hours, with the bus arriving to Orlando at approximately 10:45am. A Galaxy Vacations attendant will be awaiting at the bus terminal for all guests.
 
5. What is the departure time from Orlando to Miami?
 
R. “Regular Service” guest’s transfers from Orlando to Miami are operated nightly by Jet Set Bus, Inc. The departure time for this service is 7:00pm from Jet Set’s bus terminal located in Hawaiian Court off of I-Drive. Most guests traveling with “Regular Service” will have pre-arranged transportation with Galaxy Vacations from their hotel to the bus terminal. Specific timing for this transportation will be made available to guests by contacting Galaxy Vacations’ toll free number (1877-900-5304). The time of the trip is approximately three and a half hours, with the bus arriving to Miami at approximately 11:00pm depending on location of guest’s hotel.
 
6. For a first-time visitor to Orlando, which attractions would you recommend?
 
R. We recommend you consult directly with one of our service representatives and ask for the dates during which we offer tour guide service, so you can take advantage of his skills and knowledge inside Orlando’s many theme parks.
 
7. Are taxes included in my Galaxy Vacations hotel reservation?
 
R. YES. Our hotel prices have already included any applicable lodging tax, however there are some hotels that require an additional “Resort Fee” to be charged directly to the guest by the hotel. Galaxy Vacations will not be responsible for this additional “Resort Fee” as this is a separate billing component managed exclusively by specific hotels. Please contact us with any further questions.
 
8. Are the tips included to the tour guides and drivers?
 
R. Tips are NOT included in any package/tour, and are an important part of our tour guide and driver’s salaries. Please tip at your own discretion based on the level of service you have received. As a general recommendation, tour guides would receive between $5 and $10 per person, per day; drivers would receive up to $5 per person, per day.
 
9. My flight back home departs in the evening, will I be able to stay in my room until the time comes for me to leave for the airport?
 
R. No, guests must abide by the check-out time of the hotel at which you are staying, which is usually between 11am and 12:00pm. You can ask the reception to learn more about their policy on luggage handling if you want to leave the hotel and return to airport transfer.
 
10. My flight leaves at dawn, will there be an additional charge for this odd hour service?
 
R. Yes, passengers arriving on flights scheduled between 11:00pm and 4:00am or on flights departing between 1:00am and 7:30am will incur an additional $15; however, this charge is applied per service, NOT per passenger. For more information, consult Galaxy Vacations or your travel agent.
 
11. What happens if I missed my transfer to the parks?
 
R. In the event you have missed your scheduled pick-up time, it is imperative that you communicate with Galaxy Vacations’ toll free number (1877-900-5304). You will be responsible for any and all subsequent transportation costs associated with the day’s activities.
 
12. I see that in your Options Menu includes “COMBOS.” What are these “COMBOS?”
 
R. They are packages which include both admission tickets and transportation along with any applicable taxes. These packages are only offered from Universal Studios, International Drive and Florida Mall area hotels.
 
13. What is the difference between a Universal Studios tickets that says Basic and another one that says Park to Park, if both say I can visit Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure?
 
R. Although both say I can visit both parks, the Basic ticket only allows me to enter one of the two, this means that I must decide which park I want to visit because I can only visit one of the two. In the case of the ticket that says Park to Park, this type of ticket allows me to enter to both parks either jumping from one to another as many times as I want throughout the day.
 
14. My tour/package includes ticket delivery, and I have relatives who live in Miami; is it possible that the tickets can be delivered to them at their home in Miami?
 
R. No. The Delivery of tickets is only available within the city of Orlando, Kissimmee, and Lake Buena Vista.
 
15. If I buy a breakfast with Disney characters, does this mean that they will sit with and accompany me for breakfast?
 
R. In certain restaurants within the Walt Disney World theme parks or Walt Disney World hotels, some characters are wandering around the restaurant greeting diners and one can even take pictures with them, but they DO NOT sit down to breakfast with attendees.
 
16. Can I exchange/purchase US dollars in Orlando?
 
R. Yes, this is possible in certain currency exchange locations found at the airport, but they will generally have unfavorable exchange rates so it is not recommended. Ideally, it would be best to acquire $USD in your home country.
 
17. I lost my passport. Now what?
 
R. It is recommended that, before traveling, you make photocopies of your passports. This will allow you an alternative to carry along with you around the various attractions in Orlando and Miami. Also, in the unfortunate event that you lose or misplace the original, it will help in simplifying any retrieval process at your country’s consulate or embassy.
